Description

You will manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. You'll ensure adherence to standards, provide coaching, and lead by example to maintain high-quality vehicles for customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record (3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Experience using computers

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars for repairs to achieve production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and identify improvement areas
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-work
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of inventory
