- Support customers via phone, live chat, and email in German
- Coordinate tutoring sessions, teacher searches, and bookings
- Liaise between customer care and tutor network
- Resolve urgent requests across multiple regions
๐ Requirements
- 2โ5 years of customer service experience
- C1/C2 German proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems and translation tools
โจ Nice to Have
- Additional language skills (English, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Greek) at B2+
- Experience in inbound call centers
