Description

You will oversee all financial aspects of service project execution, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue recognition. You'll collaborate with project management and finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting across the full service lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5–7 years of project-controls experience in service projects
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite, Procore, and advanced Excel
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and drive proactive process improvements
• Takes initiative and contributes actively to a fast-growing team

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, update forecasts, and manage cash flow projections
• Track project costs, analyze variances, and support corrective action plans
• Ensure contract terms are adhered to for financial reporting, milestones, and billing
• Oversee accurate and timely customer billing aligned with contract terms
• Apply appropriate revenue recognition methods per accounting standards
