💼 About This Role

You'll become a technical expert on the Semgrep platform, integrating code security into customers' development lifecycles. You'll own customer engagements, minimize adoption friction, and influence the product roadmap. This role combines deep technical work with direct customer impact at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope and own customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Articulate platform differentiation to customers.
• Build automation and create content to minimize customer friction.
• Share voice of customer to influence product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years working with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience communicating with executives and operating full sales cycles in large organizations.
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, Buildkite.

• Exposure to application security, vulnerability management, and static analysis programs.
• Experience mentoring and uplifting teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
