Description

You'll drive expansion revenue by owning and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across an assigned book of customers. Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to identify opportunities and execute the full commercial sales process, directly contributing to key growth metrics like Expansion ARR and Net Dollar Retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales, account management, or customer growth experience
  • Proven track record of carrying and closing revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success selling expansion solutions to existing customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own a quota tied to Expansion ARR across assigned customer accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell)
  • Own full sales cycle for expansion from discovery through close
  • Lead customer conversations on expansion value, pricing, negotiation, and contract structure
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing on growth strategies and campaigns
