You'll implement and improve employee relations frameworks at Airbnb, partnering with HR, Legal, and business leadership to navigate complex workplace matters with fairness and integrity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex global employee relations investigations across functions and regions.
• Develop and implement ER frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Advise HR and business leaders on ER issues, trends, and risks.
• Maintain case management systems and produce analytics and dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of Employee Relations or HR experience managing complex global investigations.
• Expert knowledge of ER, labor relations, and employment laws including FMLA, EEO, ADA.
• Proven track record of positively influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong preference for direct experience supporting international ER matters.

✨ Nice to Have

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred.
• Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
• Some travel may be required.
