📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years in HRBP roles within fast-growing tech companies
• Strong track record in HR operations, payroll, and HRIS in Poland
• Ability to translate business objectives into people strategies
• Experience leading recruitment and performance frameworks

• Professional HR accreditation (CIPD or similar)
• Experience with AI-powered workflows
