You'll partner with Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) leads to create and manage standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles for a top-50 California-based accounting and consulting firm. You'll convert SME walkthroughs into high-quality documentation using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. This hybrid role in Bengaluru offers a chance to shape documentation governance in a global firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish standard documentation templates and naming conventions.
• Maintain document governance including version control and lifecycle management.
• Review existing documentation catalog to identify gaps and modernization needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and editing of SOPs and guides.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years in technical writing or IT documentation roles.
• Experience writing SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear documents.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as ITGlue, Confluence, or SharePoint.
