You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand fighting hunger. You'll drive sales while building lifelong customer relationships, blending operational and customer-first practices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz through product promotion and social media

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
