💼 About This Role

You'll manage purchase orders, maintain BOM accuracy, and run shipping and receiving operations at a fast-growing robotics company building AI-powered six-axis robot arms. You'll be the operational backbone keeping supply chain moving for the implementation team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Issue purchase orders for mechanical and electrical components
• Maintain accurate bills of materials for active projects
• Solicit and compare quotes from multiple suppliers
• Manage inbound receiving and outbound shipments

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/hardware
• ERP platform proficiency (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Fishbowl)
• BOM management experience from engineering part lists
• Excel/Sheets skills for tracking and analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in robotics or advanced manufacturing supply chains
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment operation
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international freight
