You'll craft and deliver a warm, customized support experience for Storable's customers. You'll analyze and resolve complex technical issues while contributing to the knowledge base. This role is fully remote within select US states.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Communicate with clients on phone and email to resolve incidents
  • Classify incidents by severity and utilize knowledge base
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Attend training and contribute to knowledge base

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of product support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Advanced website knowledge, DNS + AWS backend
  • Intermediate desktop OS knowledge, file paths
  • Understanding of payment processing and EMV devices
