💼 About This Role

You'll support MSF USA's email and SMS marketing program, helping to expand digital engagement and increase recurring donor revenue. You'll ensure smooth execution of campaigns through administrative support for creative, production, and fulfillment tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in digital fundraising and NGO administration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate data projects using project management tools
• Support creative ideation and campaign setup for email/SMS
• Assist with content drafting and editing in brand voice
• Maintain daily operation of digital channel tech

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
