💼 About This Role

You'll design and build distributed data systems for Moloco's AI-powered advertising platform. You'll enable feature engineering and identity resolution across petabytes of data. This role combines backend and data engineering to power real-time ad targeting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design large-scale distributed systems for petabyte-scale data ingestion and transformation.
• Partner with ML and Serving teams to support feature engineering workflows.
• Contribute to Feature Infra/Feature Store evolution for scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate on Identity Graph construction to unify user and device identifiers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, C#, or Python).
• Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks (Apache Beam, Dataflow, or Spark) and orchestration tools like Airflow.
