You'll lead corporate communications for a publicly traded social platform, focusing on crisis management, trust & safety, and corporate narrative. You'll directly shape how Bumble is understood by media, policymakers, and investors, especially in high-visibility moments. This role requires strategic judgment and fluency in AI tools to enhance communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive crisis and issues communications across corporate, trust & safety, and policy matters.
• Develop and maintain issues preparedness frameworks, scenario plans, and response playbooks.
• Serve as trusted communications advisor to senior leadership during high-stakes situations.
• Shape strategic communications frameworks for trust & safety and responsible innovation.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate, crisis, or trust & safety communications.
• Deep understanding of platform governance, safety frameworks, and regulatory landscapes.
• Proven track record developing issues preparedness frameworks and leading crisis response.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills for multi-stakeholder alignment.
