💼 About This Role

You'll oversee barista teams and ensure order accuracy during shifts in a Starbucks location operated by Gopuff. You'll create a positive work environment by coaching team members and maintaining operational standards, all while delivering the Starbucks Experience to customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute store operations and deploy baristas during shifts
• Coach and provide feedback to baristas on performance
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or restaurant
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends

• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience
• 1 year of leadership in a cafe
