💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale the account-based growth engine for strategic enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized campaigns. You'll work in lockstep with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to turn target accounts into closed-won revenue. This is a foundational builder role standing up the ABM function from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own ABM strategy for Strategic & Enterprise accounts
  • Develop account segmentation frameworks and prioritize accounts
  • Create personalized multi-channel campaigns for target accounts
  • Build and track KPIs tied to revenue outcomes

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7 years in B2B growth marketing with ABM and demand gen experience
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through account-centric campaigns
  • Experience working closely with Sales on named accounts and complex buying groups
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase
