💼 About This Role

You'll deploy and optimize AI agents for finance teams, working directly with customers to design product experiences that increase adoption. Your core impact is scaling Concourse's AI agents across hundreds of high-growth companies and Fortune 500 customers. You'll work closely with founders and engineering, staying hands-on with SQL and integrations while shaping product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize AI prompts and model configurations for finance use cases.
• Debug AI outputs and data inconsistencies using SQL and APIs.
• Build dashboards to reveal customer behavior and product usage.
• Partner with engineering to scope features and refine requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or finance operations.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficient in SQL for analysis and debugging.
• Experience with finance systems like NetSuite, Ramp, or Salesforce.

• Experience with LLMs or prompt engineering.
