💼 About This Role

You'll support daily operations and maintenance of all building systems in a commercial office property. Your core impact will be ensuring tenant comfort and system reliability. You'll also lead engineering staff and act as Chief Engineer when needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
• Monitor indoor air quality, temperature, and building controls to support tenant comfort
• Respond to tenant service requests and coordinate after-hours work to minimize disruption
• Supervise engineering staff, assign tasks, and provide hands-on training and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial office building engineering or facilities maintenance
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems common in office environments

• Technical or trade school preferred
• Previous lead technician or supervisory experience
• Experience in Class A/B office buildings
