🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with clients to provide best-in-class customer service
• Deliver client support on regulatory filing requests with cross-departmental collaboration
• Educate clients on Comply for RIA platform features and services
• Manage regulatory support case details in Salesforce
• Proactively manage a book of cases and triage incoming requests

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
• Superior case management and troubleshooting skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Major in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
• Experience in a high-volume call environment or client support role
• Experience with Salesforce.com, SaaS, Python, SQL
