You'll lead and coach a team of Pediatrician Liaisons while maintaining your own outreach territory at MeBe Family, a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism. Your core impact will be driving referral growth for ABA, Speech, and OT services through team performance and operational excellence. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on outreach and team leadership in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop a small team of Pediatrician Liaisons
• Lead outreach efforts in your own assigned territory
• Monitor and report weekly team KPIs
• Support new hire onboarding and training

📋 Requirements

• Experience in community outreach or referral development in ABA
• Strong organizational and coaching skills
• Experience supporting team training or mentorship
• Comfort using CRM such as Zoho and mapping tools like Badger Maps
