Description

You will be the dedicated technical partner for Okta's senior leaders, ensuring zero-friction technology operations across devices, AI tools, and workflows. This role involves owning executive workflow ecosystems, meeting reliability, AI tool deployment, and proactive monitoring, with onsite presence required in San Francisco and travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical support experience, with 3+ years supporting C-Suite in fast-paced tech environment.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS, iOS, MDM, Zoom, A/V hardware, and networking.
• Exceptional communication skills and composure under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical experience of CEO office across office, home, and mobile environments.
• Ensure meeting readiness with pre-flight AV testing and real-time support for high-stakes meetings.
• Deploy and optimize AI productivity tools for executive use cases.
• Manage identity access and security workflows for high-security, low-friction operation.
• Build technical runbooks and travel-ready Go-Kits for consistent support.
