Description

You will take end-to-end ownership of the fiat product roadmap, simplifying complex banking flows and fiat-to-crypto onboarding. You will optimize connectivity to traditional banking networks globally, ensure compliance is a core product feature, and drive strategic banking partnerships. This role requires deep technical execution to build the bridge between traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management with expert knowledge of payment rails and banking integrations
• Deep experience connecting to the banking system and solving settlement/reconciliation challenges
• Understanding of digital assets (wallets, exchanges, stablecoins)
• Technical rigor to lead architecture discussions on API design and ledger management
• Proven experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fiat product roadmap
• Optimize connectivity to traditional banking networks (ACH, PIX, SEPA, etc.)
• Ensure fiat rails comply with regulations, AML/KYC, and risk frameworks
• Build and manage technical relationships with banking partners and payment processors
• Set ambitious goals, measure success with data, and scale operations with precision
