You'll lead the Field Analytics team as a strategic partner for Okta's Solutions Engineering and Partner organizations, transforming data into actionable insights. You'll build scalable analytical frameworks that drive technical sales productivity and accelerate partner growth while championing AI readiness. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop analytics partnerships with Pre-Sales and Partners leadership
• Lead AI readiness initiative for field data
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting assets

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in operational/analytical role (Sales Ops, BI, Revenue Analytics)
• Expert-level SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and Salesforce proficiency
• Proven ability to build advanced analytical models and high-visibility dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Track record of experimenting with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude Code)
• Proficiency with Python and dbt
• Experience supporting Solutions Engineering or Partner/Channel organization
