🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Social, Native, and R&D channels.
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experiment with new approaches, channels, and ad formats.
• Participate in creative brainstorming with designers, marketing leads, and product team.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in performance marketing, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in working with numbers, analytics, and dashboards.
• English at B2+ level.
• Attention to detail and ability to check work twice.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and P&L impact.
• Practical experience running campaigns in Google/Meta or other performance channels.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis, A/B tests, and budget planning.
