💼 About This Role

You'll ship features end-to-end across our CRM platform for distributors, collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineers. You'll own delivery from tickets to deployment, using AI coding agents to accelerate development and working directly with customers to troubleshoot integrations. This role offers a unique chance to build AI-native software in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of features from tickets to deployment.
• Operate AI coding agents to ship production-quality output.
• Move across the stack: TypeScript/Vue, Python, SQL, infra.
• Collaborate in squad model with PMs, designers, and engineers.
• Spend time with customers onsite a few times per year.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer with fullstack delivery.
• Strong fundamentals: read stack traces, reason about query plans, debug race conditions.
• Daily hands-on use of agentic dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor agent mode, etc.).
• Generalist instinct: comfortable with Vue, Python, SQL, infra, and integrations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distribution ERPs (Epicor Eclipse, P21, or similar).
• Experience building or integrating with agentic products.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
