You'll design and maintain high-performance, real-time Java systems for a tier-1 investment bank's electronic trading platform. Your work will directly impact low-latency trading and risk environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-performance **Java** applications for front office trading systems
• Implement **multithreading** and **concurrency** patterns for low-latency systems
• Optimize system performance focusing on latency, throughput, and memory
• Collaborate with quant and infrastructure teams on system design and release

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Java development experience in performance-critical environments
• Low-latency or high-throughput systems background
• Front Office, Trading, or Risk IT experience
• Strong understanding of concurrency, threading, and memory management

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, etc.)
• Experience with FIX or other market connectivity protocols
• Messaging middleware like Kafka or Solace
