Description
You will lead new-business sales in the DACH market, managing the full sales cycle to acquire strategic logos. You'll work cross-functionally with SDRs, consultants, and partners to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years quota-carrying B2B sales experience selling SaaS
- Proficiency in Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sales
- Experience in multi-stakeholder, complex deal cycles
- Strong CRM management and forecasting skills
- Proven ability to build C-level relationships
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted cross-regional sales strategy to penetrate key prospects
- Assemble and lead a cross-functional virtual team to execute go-to-market strategies
- Qualify leads using MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales methodologies
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with 3x quarterly target
- Conduct business needs analyses and present Bloomreach value proposition
