Description

You will lead new-business sales in the DACH market, managing the full sales cycle to acquire strategic logos. You'll work cross-functionally with SDRs, consultants, and partners to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years quota-carrying B2B sales experience selling SaaS
  • Proficiency in Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sales
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder, complex deal cycles
  • Strong CRM management and forecasting skills
  • Proven ability to build C-level relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted cross-regional sales strategy to penetrate key prospects
  • Assemble and lead a cross-functional virtual team to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Qualify leads using MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales methodologies
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with 3x quarterly target
  • Conduct business needs analyses and present Bloomreach value proposition
