💼 About This Role

You'll join Alan's Sales team to drive B2B customer growth in Belgium. You'll generate meetings, qualify leads, and manage outbound campaigns to help Alan become the number one insurer in Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate meetings with prospects to achieve company objectives
• Develop outbound sales leads and run email campaigns
• Qualify leads and allocate to Account Executives
• Represent company products through deep understanding and consumer research
• Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method

📋 Requirements

• Passion for sales
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
