💼 About This Role

You'll set and run the research agenda for a high-growth D2C product, connecting qualitative and quantitative methods directly to conversion, retention, and funnel improvements. You'll work closely with Product, Growth, and design leadership to ensure every decision is data-backed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and own the research agenda with Product and Growth leadership.
• Design and run user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and diary studies.
• Analyze session recordings and behavioral data to identify friction.
• Conduct competitor research and benchmark best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of UX research experience in a product company.
• Proven track record of qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end.
• Experience with session recording tools like Clarity or Hotjar.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and A/B testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with D2C SaaS or subscription products.
• Background in behavioral psychology or CRO.
• Experience building a research practice from scratch.
