Description

You will support store operations capabilities outside of point of sale integration, focusing on in-store mobile applications. You'll translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Retail solutions, and configure, implement, and enhance SAP Retail modules related to in-store merchandising and inventory management. This role helps drive positive change for federal government missions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the following SAP Retail modules: SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Advanced Available to Promise (aATP) and SAP CAR Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA)
• Strong understanding of retail processes to include in-store operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Experience with SAP implementation
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)

Responsibilities

• Working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align in-store activities with broader business goals
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Retail solutions
• Support the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Retail modules, particularly those related to in-store merchandising and inventory management
• Overseeing the use of features for managing purchase orders, customer orders, promotions, goods movements, and physical inventory counts at the store level
• Working with master data, including article master (product information), vendor master data, and store master data, to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the SAP system
• Monitoring stock levels and goods movements in real-time using SAP tools
• Conducting physical inventory and cycle counts
• Overseeing and managing stock counts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
