📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Talent Intelligence or Talent Acquisition analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or similar
• Proven ability to build dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction
