Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clerical experience in an office setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR team and VP of HR
- Support HR communications: facilitate weekly HR Insider, update org chart, maintain personnel files
- Coordinate logistics for HR operations: scheduling meetings, managing mail, processing check requests
- Manage onboarding process: prepare materials, create orientation schedules, complete HRIS setup
