Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of clerical experience in an office setting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries
  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR team and VP of HR
  • Support HR communications: facilitate weekly HR Insider, update org chart, maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate logistics for HR operations: scheduling meetings, managing mail, processing check requests
  • Manage onboarding process: prepare materials, create orientation schedules, complete HRIS setup
