Description

You will manage direct account relationships with industrial food manufacturing customers, focusing on driving incremental sales and defending existing business. You'll collaborate across internal teams to create strong partnerships and ensure high service levels, with daily prospecting and regular account touches.

Requirements

  • Strong sales skills with food or ingredient sales experience
  • Results-driven mindset and desire to win
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with food manufacturers or producers
  • Proficiency in CRM and activity logging

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct account business with tail customers (~100 accounts)
  • Contact each account via phone, email, or in person at least once every two weeks
  • Log ~4 proactive touches per customer per month
  • Conduct 5-10 outbound prospecting calls daily
  • Facilitate business reviews and follow-up on new business opportunities
