Description

In this role, you'll partner with Sales to guide customers through the technical journey—from discovery and solution design to proof-of-concept delivery and technical validation. You'll build demos, write code, deploy environments, solve real customer problems, and take ownership of selected accounts, gaining exposure to global customers across multiple industries.

Requirements

• Customer-facing technical role experience (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, etc.)
• Hands-on programming ability in Python
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Experience deploying software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales process from discovery to close
• Understand customer requirements (security, scale, integrations, accuracy) and design solutions
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept
• Deploy and configure environments in cloud or on-prem for evaluations
• Write scripts (Python/JavaScript) to support demos and testing
