💼 About This Role

You'll identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Texas to advocate for policy reform. You'll equip local leaders with training and resources, and organize events to mobilize the community. This role is based in the Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in Texas communities.
• Equip local leaders with training and resources to advocate for change.
• Organize events such as phone calls, social media, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and active.

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• In-depth knowledge of issues facing Latino communities in Texas.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple events and activities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide.

• Experience in grassroots advocacy or community organizing.
• Experience in political campaigns.
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers.
