You'll design and deliver training programs for customer service agents in a fast-paced digital telecom environment. Your work will directly shape customer experience quality and drive service consistency across BPO teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
  • Define and implement quality assurance frameworks across channels.
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and coach agents.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service training or L&D.
  • Experience coaching team leads or QA specialists.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs like CSAT and FCR.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital businesses, telecom, or startups.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience designing scalable training programs.
