You'll design and deliver training programs for customer service agents in a fast-paced digital telecom environment. Your work will directly shape customer experience quality and drive service consistency across BPO teams.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
- Define and implement quality assurance frameworks across channels.
- Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and coach agents.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service training or L&D.
- Experience coaching team leads or QA specialists.
- Strong understanding of KPIs like CSAT and FCR.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

- Experience in digital businesses, telecom, or startups.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools.
- Experience designing scalable training programs.
