You'll manage the full lifecycle of high-value merchants, serving as their single point of contact from onboarding through retention and growth. Your core impact is maximizing merchant success with SumUp while driving activation, retention, and revenue growth. This role offers a chance to work with a global FinTech company and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct merchant discovery calls to understand needs and ensure smooth activation.
- Deliver tailored training sessions on SumUp products remotely or onsite.
- Monitor transactional data and key account metrics for growth or churn signs.
- Upsell and cross-sell SumUp products to drive merchant expansion.
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in managing large accounts
- Strong sales and upselling capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
- Competent knowledge of market verticals (retail, FnB)
