💼 About This Role

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a child in their home, using play-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills. You'll celebrate milestones with families while receiving mentorship from a BCBA. This part-time role offers a consistent schedule and supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use toys and games to help child communicate and socialize
• Help child master daily routines for independence
• Track progress and celebrate milestones with family
• Collaborate with BCBA mentor for guidance

📋 Requirements

• 40-hour RBT training course completed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year working with children, especially special needs
• Reliable transportation and ability to be active
