You'll assist in maintaining our computing infrastructure across physical and virtual landscapes. This role offers a path to improve Python automation skills alongside senior technologists.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot workstation OS (Linux), applications, and peripherals.
• Support hardware failures and resolve network issues.
• Assist in maintaining data center connectivity and servers.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years prior desktop support or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux command-line.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and computer internals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Linux servers.
• Networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VLAN.
• Experience with Python.
