Description

You will shape the Bluefish platform with intuitive features, lead the design lifecycle from vision to execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to create user-centered experiences in AI Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years UX design experience or equivalent in HCI or interactive design
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise apps, and data-rich dashboards
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations

Responsibilities

• Shape platform with meaningful, intuitive features aligned with user and business needs
• Lead design lifecycle from opportunity identification to high-quality execution
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
• Maintain and evolve design system for consistent, scalable design language
