💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, performing evaluations and developing treatment plans. You'll help clients regain communication and swallowing abilities, promoting independence. This role offers autonomy and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in VA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent educational requirements
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
