💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive end-to-end internal AI initiatives at NICE, turning AI from experimentation into measurable productivity gains across IT, HR, Finance, and Sales. You'll lead the full lifecycle of projects, from opportunity framing through delivery and adoption. This high-impact role combines business analysis with project leadership to fundamentally transform core processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from framing to rollout
• Analyze business processes and identify AI automation opportunities
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Sales to redesign processes around AI agents
• Define and report measurable impact: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, ROI

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years as a technical project/product manager with business analysis
• At least 1 year hands-on with AI projects
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms
