- 10+ years of technical support or engineering experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-profile issues.
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
