💼 About This Role

You'll build the systems, automations, and tooling that make our sales team wildly efficient. You will own CRM infrastructure and build data pipelines for lead scoring and enrichment. This role combines engineering with growth hacking to directly drive revenue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and integrations
• Design and implement lead scoring models and data enrichment pipelines
• Create outbound automation sequences and tooling for sales
• Build internal dashboards and reporting tools for pipeline visibility

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a GTM engineering or sales operations role
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools at a high-growth startup
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for lead scoring
• Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series B)
