You will provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team, driving innovative technical programs and customer demonstrations to exceed sales quotas. As a trusted advisor, you'll evangelize Rubrik's products to strategic accounts and lead technical sales calls.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience in software or data center environment
  • Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery
  • Strong business acumen and experience with CxO level personnel
  • Hands-on, driven approach with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment handling multiple calls/demos per day

  • Provide technical leadership and direction for integrated technology solutions
  • Assist in analysis, design, and development of technology solutions
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Rubrik's products and competitive offerings
