Description

You'll lead lifecycle strategies to acquire new Personal Loan members at SoFi, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and launch personalized multi-channel campaigns. You'll manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, driving automation and personalization while reporting on channel and program performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years direct-to-consumer lifecycle management including email, in-app, push, and SMS
  • CMS experience, ideally Braze
  • Proven track record driving lifecycle marketing strategy focused on acquisition and early engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using various testing methodologies

  • Lead development and execution of lifecycle strategies to acquire new Personal Loan members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Data Science, Business Unit Leadership)
  • Plan and launch personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS)
  • Manage experimentation roadmap, analyze campaign performance, optimize based on KPIs
  • Drive campaign automation and personalization using audience insights and intelligence tools
