Description

You will lead the Enterprise sales team for the East region, driving revenue growth, pipeline health, and disciplined execution. You'll coach and develop Account Executives, manage territory strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading front-line sales teams in a B2B Enterprise environment
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to coach sellers and improve performance
  • Experience operating in a ~$50M–$200M revenue organization or similar growth-stage
  • Prior experience in Cyber IAM is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets across Enterprise segment
  • Drive consistent execution of sales process from pipeline to close
  • Maintain strong pipeline coverage, deal hygiene, and forecast accuracy
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Own territory strategy and coverage model; partner with Marketing and BDRs
