You'll manage a portfolio of restaurants, driving revenue through TheFork solutions while building long-term client relationships. You'll negotiate win-win conditions and set promotional plans to boost seat occupancy and online visibility. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Sell TheFork solutions to restaurants and negotiate contract terms.
- Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of restaurant clients.
- Set up action plans with Sales and Marketing for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor restaurant compliance and ensure quality user experience.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years experience in account management or similar roles.
- Native level of Italian and fluent English.
- Proficiency in GSuite and Salesforce.
- Comfortable with negotiations and KPI-driven work.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in the Internet/Tech field.
- Experience pitching and selling promotions or deals.
- Experience managing high call volumes and large account portfolios.
