You'll manage a portfolio of restaurants, driving revenue through TheFork solutions while building long-term client relationships. You'll negotiate win-win conditions and set promotional plans to boost seat occupancy and online visibility. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Sell TheFork solutions to restaurants and negotiate contract terms.
  • Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of restaurant clients.
  • Set up action plans with Sales and Marketing for promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor restaurant compliance and ensure quality user experience.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Native level of Italian and fluent English.
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Salesforce.
  • Comfortable with negotiations and KPI-driven work.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Internet/Tech field.
  • Experience pitching and selling promotions or deals.
  • Experience managing high call volumes and large account portfolios.
