You'll lead the design and evolution of Orijin's data platform, building scalable data pipelines and production-grade infrastructure. Your work will enable trusted, timely data for analytics and AI-driven products, supporting the company's mission to empower justice-impacted individuals through education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve data architecture for scalability and near-real-time use cases.
• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines across batch and streaming workloads.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for data pipelines.
• Partner with analysts and product teams to ensure data supports meaningful analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in data engineering or platform engineering roles.
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale data pipelines in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data tools (Redshift, Lambda, Glue) and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt).
