💼 About This Role

You'll be the firm's lead on all employment-related legal matters, including litigation and advisory. You'll develop litigation strategies and counsel HR and management on employment law compliance. This role offers direct access to the firm's President and a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop litigation strategies and manage claims from inception to conclusion
• Oversee outside counsel and advise management on legal liability
• Provide counsel on wage and hour, discrimination, and leave matters
• Advise HR on employment practices and new legislation

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active CA bar membership
• Experience handling matters before federal and state courts and agencies
• Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure and Rules of Court
